Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40-hour working week
The role…
As the Sales Operations Manager your role will involve the following important duties:
Oversee and support the sales functions.
Delegate and motivate the Technical and Aftersales team.
Monitor performance targets and ensure the team always delivers on target.
Improve systems, response times and effective budget and cost management.
Stock forecasts and planning.
Maintain workflow, SLAs, tracking of metrics and departmental reporting.
Data analysis.
The experience required…
As a successful Sales Operations Manager you will have the following:
Previous Operations/Technical Support Managerial experience.
Minimum 5 years experience leading and supporting a small team.
Commercially aware of the agricultural/plant industry.
Data analysis and report creation experience.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365 and CRMs.
