The successful candidate will have experience job running, excellent technical capabilities and boast design flare as well as experience in residential development projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
ARB Registered Architect
Extensive UK post qualification experience
Proven record at job running residential development projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry standard software
Excellent communication skills
Keen eye for detail
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
Technical expertise
Confident liaising with clients and contractors
