• Azure Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience in Azure to optimize and maintain our cloud infrastructure.
• ISO Compliance: Ensure our IT operations align with ISO standards, contributing to a secure and compliant working environment.
• VPN Mastery: Manage and enhance our VPN solutions, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity for our distributed workforce.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize industry-leading ticketing and change management tools to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Oversee IT assets and inventory, implementing best practices to ensure accurate tracking and optimal resource allocation.
• Planning & Organizing: Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills, contributing to the successful execution of IT projects and initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Run effective huddles, fostering collaboration among team members to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Cost Optimization: Keep a close eye on IT spend, identifying opportunities for cost optimization without compromising on performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of proven experience in IT operations.
• Expertise in Azure, ISO compliance, and VPN management.
• Proficiency in ticketing and change management tools.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
