CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS REQUIRED
Location: Huddersfield
Free Parking, and accessible by public transport
Basis: Full-Time / Permanent Contract - working 5 out of 7 days (will include bank holidays & weekends)
30 days holiday per year
Salary = £24960 + Bonuses

The Primary function of the role:
Being the first point of contact for customers to assist with their enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure all customers have a positive experience to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
Attention to detail and good levels of organisation
Developed verbal and written communication skills -able to speak to a wide range of customers
Listening Skills
Proactive approach to problem solving and addressing customer needs.
The ability to Multitask
Positive attitude to drive sales and work well as a team.CPHudds
