Why You?
As a Talent of the Broadwick Soho team, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite.
As an F&B Server, you will ensure that Broadwick Soho’s guests feel welcome. You will greet, seat and serve our guests to the best of your ability and make their experience as memorable as possible.
The F&B Server, you will be the face of our F&B outlets, orchestrating and delivering a spectacular service to Broadwick Soho’s guests.
You will be working adjacently with other F&B and Kitchen talents to provide our guests with their orders, ensuring any dietary requirements have been followed and accommodated accordingly.
You will oversee and ensure a visit for our guests from the moment they enter Broadwick Soho Hotel to the end of their visit.
You will work with brilliant talent across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What do we need from you?
* Experience in F&B operation and/or fine dining in a 5* luxury hotel setting
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Ability to work flexible hours including late evenings and weekends
