I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Halewood, who are seeking a SAP Trainer to join their team
Job Description
As SAP Trainer, your main responsibilities are:
Create and deliver SAP Manufacturing modules to business end users, getting the organisation engaged and ready for the change and ensuring that the change is adopted and sustained.
Process assessment and stakeholder identification in the form of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
Design and create SAP user training, using SAP EnableNow and Articulate RISE.
Developing training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides.
Evaluating the SAP users level of knowledge at appropriated levels.Qualifications / Skills required
Experienced SAP R3 / S4 user experience in a training creation and delivery position.
Experience creating simulation training.
