Customer Service Representative
A Customer Service Representative is required to join an automotive consultancy to provide first-class customer service and logistics support, processing and fulfilling automotive parts orders on behalf of a leading European vehicle manufacturer.
Location - Tokyo, Japan
Process and fulfil orders of automotive parts from receipt of order.
Manage product delivery, ensuring reliable delivery statements and notifications are sent.
Oversee credit control including tracking of payments.
Handle any customer complaints and where necessary use corrective measures.
Handle telephone enquiries regarding parts product information, availability and order tracking.
Be the point of contact for supplying media advertising, technical data sheets, images and logistics data to customers.
Establish and maintain pricing information.The Candidate
Previous experience in a customer service / logistics coordinator role is required.
Experience of working for either a vehicle manufacturer, dealership or automotive parts distributor would be advantageous but by no means essential.
Fluent English & Japanese language skills are requiredApply in Confidence
