MIBL provides a wide range of financial services to institutional investors including depositary, custody, fund administration and other banking-related services.   MIBL now has an opening in Private Equity & Real Assets Department for an:   Corporate Secretary (M\F) CDI (Ref.: PER-CORP-202108)   Your responsibilities will include: Handle day-to day activities related to corporate secretary and domiciliation services provided to alternative and traditional investment funds administered by the Luxembourg Office Coordinate/prepare board meetings and general meetings of shareholders Take minutes of board meetings and general meetings of shareholders Draft circular resolutions Liaise with third parties and clients as required to ensure a high level of services Work in close cooperation with other MUFG Investor Services offices carrying out some fund administration and transfer agency tasks under the supervision of the Luxembourg Office Actively support MUFG Investor Services commercial efforts to expand the Private Equity and Real Assets fund administration activities.   Your profile: Academic degree in law studies Experience of at least 10 years in Financial markets and fund industry 5 years experience in Luxembourg in alternative fund industry (Private Equity/ Private Debt / Real Assets) Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry legal framework, especially applicable to alternative investment funds Proactive and problem-solving attitude Good command of MS office Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral), any other language such as German, French or Japanese would be an asset.   If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity further, please send us your application letter with a detailed curriculum vitae to jobs.lu “Please be aware that in accordance with the law of July 23, 2016, the selected candidate will be requested to provide a criminal record (section 3)”
