Senior Capabilities Development Manager (m/f) Your field of responsibility You will be responsible for further developing and strengthening the capabilities of the Luxembourg platform in the areas of Trading, Lending, Investment Management, Life Insurance Brokerage, and Advisory Services. This means you will identify existing capability gaps and drive bank-wide initiatives and new business projects to close them. You will be the first point of contact for our front staff in Luxembourg and our European branches in all capability & offering related questions. In addition, you will support the business by onboarding new deals to our platform.
