Our client located in Luxembourg is currently looking for a IT Support Level 1.

Today, the company has an SME culture, with 20 to 25 employees. The IT team is managed by the CTO, and employees are divided into 3 teams: Operations, Development, and Infrastructure. This IT Support Level 1 position is therefore opened. You will have the opportunity to improve your IT skills and grow up in the company.

Your responsibilities
  • You are in charge of day-to-day tasks such DataCenter operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • You manage and track tickets from opening to closing.
  • You handle tickets that you can solve.
  • You provide answer and solutions adapted to the requests expressed in intern
  • You improve your skills in interne and have the opportunity to evolve in the company.

Required skills for this role
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • You are fluent in English (Mandatory)
  • You have a good knowledge on several of these products: Linux Server, RedHat, Monitoring tools
  • You are curious, autonomous and meticulous.
