Within one of our Business Units, you will administer a portfolio of international clients. Your main responsibilities will include the following: - Manage corporate documentation for the incorporation and liquidation of companies; - Be responsible for the organisation of board meetings and the preparation of board packs; - Attend board meetings and prepare draft minutes; - Manage day to day queries from your clients’ portfolio; - Liaise with Luxembourg administration and external parties (notaries, banks, lawyers…); - Prepare the relevant KYC documents; - Bring your support to the Corporate Officers. The position holder should have the following: - Degree in Corporate Law or Economics; - Strong knowledge of Luxembourg Company Law; - At least 4 years of proven experience in a similar position in Luxembourg preferably in a fiduciary or in a law firm; - Fluent in English (any other language would be an asset); - Acting as a team member; - Client-oriented and open to communication; - Basic understanding of accounting; - Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
