Work closely with finance on ongoing people cost forecast Make compensation cost analysis and simulations Owner of Gates Role bandings, ensure correctness in implementations Owner of variable compensation programs, drive Compensation & Benefit standardization Overlooking and coordinating pension plans in EMEA Drive and support implementation of Reward & Recognition programs and processes. Support the local HR departments in the development of business specific compensation and benefits as well as performance Support creating/updating of job descriptions by evaluating, market assessments and benchmarking Lead special projects in the area of C&B/Performance Management Strong cooperation with global Headquarters and local HR departments as well as global C&B peers Coach and support HR team with functional expertise Actively decrease all paper files towards electronic solutions Required Skills: Aptitude for critical analysis and creative problem solving. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong team skills Fluent in English, other languages as a plus. Highly proficient in Excel, Access and PowerPoint, web based tools. Requires a degree in a related area and at least 5- 7 years of direct experience in the field or in a related area dealing with compensation (direct, variable and non economic) and benefit issues across several EMEA jurisdictions. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
