Become a part of our Corporate Family and work as an   HR Administration Specialist (m/f/d)   You ... have successfully completed a business education and an additional qualification in HR have at least 4-6 years experience in a similar role in the insurance or bank business in Luxembourg possess a good working knowlegde in the Luxembourgish social and labour law are proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS, ideally HRWorks have a good feeling for numbers communicate fluently (written and oral) in German, English and French, additional Luxembourgish is an asset have experience in working in projects If you also have positive attitude and interpersonal skills, are relying on getting things done and used to respecting tight deadlines, dynamic, detail-oriented and well organised, have an agile and open mindset, then you ...   ... will find the following tasks awaiting you: You will be responsible for the ensuring of an accurate and efficient HR administration and a selection of HR administration processes. This  inludes general HR duties and mainly administrative tasks: administrative management of employees from entry to exit: support managers in the daily management of their teams advise and guide employees in all matters relating to their employment relationship and provide them with a complete service update and manage the database in the HRIS (HRWorks) manage the time tracking system (monitor holidays/sickness and other leaves, daily corrections, performing plausibility checks etc.) correspondence with authorities and service providers participation in the payroll preparation, close communication with the payroll provider support of the leasing fleet management prepare HR statistics reports, staff lists and respond to information requests where needed maintain the confidentiality and completeness of employee personnel records and files being involved in HR development projects     As HR Administration Specialist (m/f/d) you will thus become an indispensable employee of FWU Life Insurance S.A.
