Junior Training Coordinator (m/f)

We are looking for you as   Junior Training Coordinator (m/f)   Are you passionate about human resources and personnel development? Join our team and support the training manager in the following tasks: Identify and assess the development needs within the organization • Guide and assist the colleagues on all personnel development topics • Select adequate trainers and coaches • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management • Plan, organise and follow-up trainings including the corresponding administrative tasks • Elaborate the final budget according to the legal requirements • Actively contribute to the onboarding program for new employees • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices and adapt internal processes accordingly • Contribute to challenging local and global personnel development projects.     What do we expect from you? At least Bachelor degree focused on Human Resources or a relevant experience in a similar position Experience in training and development management is an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, English and French People oriented Proactive, enthusiastic Organizational and time management skills Quality and detail oriented, well structured.   What do we offer?
