We are currently looking for a :                                    Administrative Assistant (M/F)   Your tasks : - To handle the administrative coordination of the whole lending procedure (monitoring of deadlines, organisation of meetings, appointments and business trips; - To prepare briefing papers for meetings and business trips; - To assist during the lending process and, as appropriate, in the follow up of projects (in close coordination with the other Departments participating in the process); - To finalise, distribute and file documents and reports prepared by Officers; - To handle telephone contacts with clients and follow information flow; - To assist in updating and organising contacts; - To keep statistics and work plan up-to-date; - To input data in the database in view of the preparation of reports and statistics on the global activity; - To cooperate with the other Assistants and members of the Department; - etc.   Your profile: - You obtained a Secondary level education, ideally complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration); - You acquired at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in providing administrative support; - You speak fluently English (C1) and French (C1) . The knowledge of other EU languages like German would be an advantage; - You have an excellent knowledge of standard MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); - You have a strong sense of responsibility, organization and initiative; - You are rigorous and able to meet deadlines/priorities; - Teamwork and flexibility are part of your ideal job criteria; - You are immediately available for a new temporary opportunity !   Interested?  Feeling like this experience could be a good opportunity for you right now?
