Greenfield is pleased to have been mandated to work on a search for a Corporate Officer. Our client is a leading European player in private debt with approximately €15 billion under management for institutional investors. They have recently open their office in Luxembourg and are currently consolidating the small team. The purpose of this role is to be working as part of a team to manage the wider funds to ensure that Funds operate in an efficient and controlled way to maximize Investor Return while ensuring compliance with Fund documents, wider regulation and industry best practices in Corporate Governance. It will be then required to coordinate, review and be able to correct the work of the service providers for all corporate governance matters. The person will be expected to work in close collaboration with other operations teams as well as the board of directors within a medium sized firm where processes are already in place.  The ideal candidate will likely come from a service provider and be perfectly fluent in English.   The responsibilities:   Ensure good corporate governance of General Partners, Funds and Investment Holding Sarls. Co-ordinate and oversee the organization of board meetings and the minute taking done by the administrator Co-ordinate and oversee the drafting and execution of various documents prepared by lawyers or administrator Co-ordinate and oversee with lawyers, notaries and other service providers to establish new fund vehicles and/or SPVs. Assist the Third Party AIFM with any questions and processes Provide main point of liaison for the Independent Directors Co-ordinate and oversee the investor KYC collection with fund administrators Facilitate between Investors and administrators to ensure smooth interactions including ensure portal access and investor contact lists are up to date and assisting to resolve general queries Capital Call late payment follow up Organise various matters related to office management Co-operates with colleagues across the firm and administrators Complies with all relevant policies and procedures applicable to them and their role at the firm, and ensures that team members do the same.   The profile:   2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position, coming from a service provider. fluency in English is a must. Demonstrate excellent organisation skills as well as constructive communication skills. Demonstrate a high level of integrity. Considers own role within the commercial context and focusses on the client. Respects obligations to internal and external clients and investors and treat clients fairly.
