Project Manager - Transformation (1 year contract) (m/f/d)

Job type: Full-time

Implement and lead project planning tasks and track, monitor and report on status of all major projects to achieve quality, cost and delivery expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: In consultation with the customers (internal and external), assist in quoting project deliveries and costs. Monitor project activities and escalate issues (rescheduling, late parts, etc.) Provides leadership to project specialist/buyers/Commodity Managers in support of on time deliverables. Develop strong working relationships and promotes team effort to ensure effective use of all resources and positive resolution of conflict Ensures that project milestones and objectives are completed on time and that they meet the customer’s expectations Creates metrics that are relevant, clear, concise and help steer towards a successful completion of the project Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong organizational and project management skills; knowledge of Project Management Process Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) Strong negotiation, facilitation, conflict management skills and the ability to professionally interact with team members Project management experience including scheduling and budget responsibilities is required. Project management professional designation is required. Strong financial knowledge and insight an asset. QUALIFICATIONS:  Post-secondary education (Bachelor of Engineering degree preferred) or equivalent experience. Certification as a Project management professional certification is required. Supply Chain Professional Designation or willingness to pursue certification is an asset. RELATED EXPERIENCE 3 - 5 years project management experience including scheduling and budget responsibilities Strong financial knowledge and insight an asset Product development experience with both internal and external resources Proficient in Microsoft MS Office Applications Proficient in recording and executing on detailed customer requirements, constraints and assumptions Above Average Negotiation Skills Highly Proficient in Accountability, planning and organizing, leadership, decision making, teamwork and interpersonal skills Ability to have tough conversations Manufacturing Equipment Experience a strong asset Supply Chain Experience and/or Certification a strong asset Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. **This role can be based out of either office locations such as Bolton, or Luxembourg)** Are you looking to join a world-class manufacturing organization?
