Job Description: Work closely with sales, marketing and IT leadership to identify enabling technologies to improve ease of doing business and drive sales productivity. Gather Business Requirements, Recommend changes and enhancements to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology platform. Ensure system tools accurately represent sales information and are effectively utilized. This includes ensuring CRM data is properly maintained and accurate. Deliver full lifecycle Sales Effectiveness projects: analyze existing business processes and translate the future requirements of the end-user into optimized business processes and tools. Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities to simplify the sales process through optimization and automation. Facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes and tools. Design, implement and manage sales effectiveness tools in such manner that the applied tool is/becomes a tool that benefits the company by increasing efficiency and growing sales. Ensure tools are appropriately integrated with other tools within the company. Own CRM process and system including pipeline management, lead generation & scoring, Contact Mailing Subscription and outcome sharing (through marketing automation), deal registration, and customer service processes Establish and implement performance measures designed to track and report progress against the short term (annual operating plan) and long term (strategic plan) goals. Sales effectiveness tool/application users in the EMEA region have all necessary tools and support available to use the system in an efficient way. CRM tool users in the EMEA region are motivated and actively engaged to use the system to their own and the company's advantage. Release Funnel Strength Dashboard supporting Strategic Initiatives and release Monthly update to Top Management Team. Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a CRM Administrator, Business Analyst or similar position Working knowledge of sales processes, marketing processes, and support processes and workflows Business acumen including a good sense of how sales effectiveness tools can be utilized to improve business processes Fluency in English is a minimum requirement. Knowledge of multiple European languages a plus. Requires excellent decision making, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Strong project management. Also must show efficient time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism. Demonstrates a good working knowledge of sales processes, marketing processes, and support processes. Translates high-level business discussion into detailed requirements. Comfortable with working in a geographically disperse, cross-functional organization, showing excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
