Scope Of Position:
We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.
Accounting Clerk responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. You will also run accounting software to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.
- Processing Data in Accounting System
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Entering of Transactions for Sales & Expenses & kept Up to Date.
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
- Constantly update job knowledge
- Computer Literacy
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Accounting Procedures & Principles
- Competency in Word Office such as Excel
- High Level of Accuracy& Efficiency
- Attention to Detail
- Preferably Candidate must be in possession of Diploma or Higher
