An international iGaming company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Sales team in their office in Malta. The ideal candidate will be a savvy professional with excellent organisational skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • CRM leads preparation – ensure there are no leads conflicts and boost their potentials
  • Ensure maximum leads engagements and best results for CRM lead types SLA (ensure the quoted lead-times are met)  & conversion rates
  • Track leads and provide reports by compiling up-to-date leads/segments, measure CRM KPIs and other relevant data
  • Use optimal CRM practices
  • Conduct, test, review and analysis the performance of all CRM activities
  • Report to Sales Manager
  • Additional operational duties when required

 

Requirements

  • Previous CRM experience ideally in a fast-paced environment, iGaming
  • University Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Excellent analytical skills with a Result-oriented attitude
  • Excel Savvy
  • Great adaptation to change by offering creative solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
