You would get to use your Lean/Continuous Improvement experience (that you have gained in a medium-sized or large UK food factory) to leave a lasting legacy on this company.
The company isn’t currently able to take on all the business they are approached with; so every efficiency-saving and every improvement in production capacity you would make would mean more revenue and more profit.
If you were in this job, you would have all operational departments reporting in and you would be responsible to the MD alone.
£60,000 - £80,000
