In-store Staff

Miracle Foods is a fresh and frozen foods chain of retail outlets which is based in Malta and was created in 1995. It today operates 21 stores all over the Maltese islands. One of the main objectives of this company is to open further stores in Malta and other countries in the next five years. Miracle Foods purchases everything it sells directly from producers abroad, enabling it to sell at lower prices with greater control on the quality of the products it purchases.

Duties

• Advising and servicing customers
• Processing Payments
• Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need
• Ensuring stock levels are well maintained
• Promoting stock cards
• Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
• Handling customer complaints or handling customers onto management.       

Requirements

• Have a good working knowledge of customer interaction.
• Good level of English Language
• Computer literacy skills
• Will be expected to have an outgoing personality and possess excellent knowledge of the company’s products and services
• Experience on the similar field will be assets
