They are looking for a proactive, efficient and hardworking Customer Support Assistant to join their growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the effective and efficient processing of all sales orders from receipt to dispatch
· Take ownership of calls to provide rapid and factually correct information or redirect as appropriate
· Assist in the monitoring of Product stock levels
· Proactively provide customers and consumers with appropriate support in the delivery of goods and satisfaction of queries and low-level complaints
· Data entry and updating the bespoke system with accurate details
Requirements:
· NO previous experience is required as you will be provided full, comprehensive training
· A proactive approach
· Efficient and motivated
· Friendly, outgoing personality
· Ability to liaise effectively with both stakeholders and the team
