Our iGaming client is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process and look into Documentation, queries and escalate complaints across different departments.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Work closely together with the Management, Financial and Technical team
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and contribute to an awesome working atmosphere
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Answering customers enquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Working together with CSM and Tech department to solve problems and improve the system and give the customers a better service
Working together with the Payments/Fraud department to solve problems regarding customers questions
Understand and follow procedures for the Customer Support Department and report any incident to the closest manager.
Working together with the Payments/Fraud department to manage customers’ withdrawals
Assist the Marketing Department with local promotions and be updated on activities in the local market
Be interested in IGaming Field or a willingness to learn
Show strong sense of initiative
Present a good knowledge on computer literacy skills
