Looking for several customer support agents to work in Malta or abroad.
Role and Responsibilities
· Guide customers through the site and assist them in using the various services and products offered.
· Answering customer’s enquiries via phone, email and live chat timely and in the highest of standards.
· Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at work.
· Work closely with the Payment and Fraud team and assist them with phone verification of players and other form of tasks.
Formal Role Requirements (Qualification and Education)
· Experience in communication and marketing
· Excellent in written communication in both English and German
· Experience from online gaming is meritorious

· Excellent communication skills
· Structured and organised
· Takes initiatives and completes tasks
· Performs well under pressure
