Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? STED Co Ltd operators of Hotel Argento and Quadro Hotel, Trademark by Wyndham is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team.

Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
Reports To: Hotel Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Oversee billing, cashiering, and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Support the Hotel Manager in administrative tasks, training and staff scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Proficient in hotel management software such as Opera Cloud
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus.
