We are looking for an SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for SEO and PPC and will be reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing.
The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager will manage all paid search campaigns on Google, as well as other search and display marketing campaign. A successful SEM Specialist will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the SEO and Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.
Track, report, and analyze website traffic and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Execute marketing test campaigns, collect and analyze campaign data and results.
Carry our keyword research and trends
Performing on-page SEO optimization
Performing off-page SEO optimization
Develop and implement link building strategy
Implementing and integrating pixel tracking from different ad networks
Developing effective digital marketing strategies
Improve page rank, domain rank and keyword rank per web-page
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Perform advertising bid and rank optimization
Optimize conversion rates per ads and keywords
Monitor and report conversion rate optimization per digital channels
Optimize ad copies and landing pages for search engine marketing
Optimize and reduce ad spend for digital campaigns
Monitor and optimize ad impressions, clicks, CTR to achieve better ROI
Prepare and present reports regularly
3 years of experience as SEO Specialist
Proven success in SEO
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
Knowledge of all CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, CPV ad costing models is a must
Knowledge of ROAS, ROI calculation is mandatory
