Job Description

CDP -Chef responsibilities 

Main duties:

  • Preparation and Service for Bistro and for Bakery (cakes and sweets)
  • Assist with Weekly order for the kitchen 
  • Creative input and preparation for Daily Specials
  • Organise the kitchen clean and tidy
  • Control on wastage 

Secondary role:

  • Weekly checks of cold stores/ fridges for any rotten produce and to change dirty containers etc

Stock and Purchase orders

  • Cleaning products orders with Dishwasher  
  • Vegetable daily stock order
  • Communication with Sous chef and team - Unity
  • Assist with Coordination of the kitchen to cover tasks of Sous chef Absence - as directed by Head chef
