Meeting Point Hotel Management (Malta) Ltd., a subsidiary of the FTI Group operates a number of hotels/resorts in Malta under the brand name of LABRANDA Hotels and Resorts. In view of the continuous business growth the company is seeking to recruit Food & Beverage Assistant
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Adhere at all times to company structured policies and standard operating procedures;
Clear tables of all plates, cups and flatware when clients are ready from their meal;
Properly prepare and reset tables with clean tableware;
Keep sideboard stocked up with fresh plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins, toothpicks and condiment bottles and jars;
Liaising and communicating in a timely and understandable fashion with supervisors, team members, kitchen staff and other areas of operation;
Clean and polish cutlery;
Wipe down tables.
The selected candidate must:
At least 3 months working experience. Previous experience within the tourism industry will be considered an asset;
Hard working and team orientated;
Be prepared to work a flexible roster including evening and weekend duties on a frequent basis;
Ability to prioritise and multi-task and have a flexible approach;
Good knowledge of the English language.
