Head of production - Lancashire - Up to £70,000 + Benefits - Ref: 1569

I am currently recruiting for a Head of production to work for one of the UK's leading Bespoke Manufactures.

The organisation has a fantastic background having been established for over 15 years. They are deemed the experts at what they do and have an unrivalled reputation in the market. They work on very interesting projects across Bespoke manufacturing of Furniture's. They employ over 22 people across the Lancashire area and are actively growing year on year.

To support the growth of the business and to be able to deal with the amount of work they have on going, a new role has come to fruition and they have the need to appoint a Head of production on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Head of Production, you will be overseeing the expansion of their state of the art facility and team. In addition to this you will be required to manage the production and team growth as well as facility expansion. As well as this you will be required to keep to strict budgets and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation in line with expansion plans.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 5 Years experience as a Workshop Manager or Head of production
Experience of Managing a team.
Knowledge of Bespoke Furniture Manufacturing or Bespoke Kitchens / Doors
Experience in building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Clear understanding on how a 3Axis CNC is used.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Production who has passion for Bespoke Manufacturing and has a clear attention to detail.
