ST Hotels Ltd is looking for Accounts Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issuing and processing of accounts payables invoices including accounting and reconciliations
  • Maintaining proper accounting records
  • Handling day-to-day operational requirements including email requests and other posting as required
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts up to trial balance stage
  • Compiling of reports as requested by management

Qualification/Experience Requirements:

  • A Level pass in accounts or AAT qualification will be an asset
  • Experience in accounting and usage of SAGE 50 Accounts
  • Proficient in use of MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Good working knowledge of English, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Personally responsible, highly organised, punctual, problem solving oriented and is committed to doing the best job possible
