We are looking for an Office Support Assistant to support the internal compliance team in the on-going development of the sales departments in the company.
You will be working in a retail trading company, providing support where is necessary.
The role will mostly involve listening to calls in Spanish and Portuguese, and lasing with relevant managers, participating in feedback sessions and arranging follow ups.
Responsibilities include: Making reports on sales, and service calls involving the trading desk; Providing regular reports and follow up reports on a bi-weekly basis; Support the team with additional administrative work needed - maintaining spreadsheets, CRM, or other; Giving regular feedback on how the company, agents, and teams can improve; Working additional projects on an ad-hoc basis.
