Job Description
You in The Role and on The Team: In this role, you are a highly motivated Support Engineer that will help drive customer success and satisfaction by assisting our customers with their robot implementation! As a support engineer you will play a critical role in driving exceptional customer experience with our robotics solutions by guiding and mentoring our customers; documenting and reporting of technical issues, creating of knowledge base articles and/or standard responses, and ensure customers realize exceptional value from their investment in Prime Robotics services.   
A Day in the Life at Prime Robotics  
Prioritize customer needs and responses on items with the greatest customer impact first  
Provide hands-on functional and software support for our customers across North America 
Develop exceptional internal and customer relationships based on trust and shared success  
Report potential defects with our software using technical data and customer logs 
Possible travel to customer locations to offer onsite support during times of implementation, upgrades, etc.
