Description

Cooperate together with the client for processes improvement,
You coordinate the demand for flexible labour with both the customer and the flex workers and you ensure a stable pool of good flex workers. You then translate this into a clear long-term plan.
You work from our own On-Site office at the customer's location and you manage your own team;
You guide and coach your team so that they continue to develop. You ensure a well-functioning team that excels, sets goals and makes a difference;
You turn the right buttons for the very best result;

Profile

You have an HBO working and thinking level with managerial skills;
Experience is a must;
You master at least the Dutch and English language. Mastering a second language such as Polish, Slovak, Bulgarian or Romanian is an advantage;
You are in possession of a valid driver's license B;
You are flexible, customer-oriented, commercially and organisationally strong
