Description

As a Customer Service German FMCG you start with us in a close team. You will get a good idea of our organization from a thorough training process that will also allow you to watch the field for a few days. After that you immediately get a key role in which you work in close collaboration with your fellow colleagues from the service desk. You will receive support from experienced colleagues.

You can achieve all this from the following responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming orders
  • Manage all active relationship in your own region
  • Prepare all shipments with Boxwise
  • Processing complaints with Freshdesk
  • Technical help desk for customers
  • Register QAs using Salesforce
  • Participate in a quality meeting
