BMS Engineer
The Company are specialists in Building Energy Management Systems for the Building Services industry combining market leading products with cutting edge bespoke design solutions that deliver sustainable long term cost savings to clients. Sectors include Leisure, Education, Commercial, Hotels and Civic Buildings.
The BMS Engineer will have relevant qualifications and previous experience in a similar role and be prepared to travel extensively with occasional overnight stays.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Reactive Callouts, including final reports
* PPM’s, including final reports
* Commissioning, including final commissioning reports
* Assisting Project Manager
* Control Panel modifications
* Updating existing Control Panel drawings and passing to CAD Engineer
* Client Technical Support and Training
* Support Electrical Teams & BMS Pre-commissioning Engineer
* Complying with safety and other applicable policies, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
* Communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues in a professional courteous manner
BMS Engineer Skills Required
* Excellent Written and Verbal communication
* Computer literate
* Flexibility and commitment
* Ability to deal with high work volumes and priorities accordingly
* Strong organization and planning skills
* Ability to prioritise
* Pay strong attention to detail
BMS Engineer Remuneration
Salary £50-55k Plus Car & Expenses
