Join one of the biggest road projects in Norway's history!

The public-private contract (PPP) includes the financing, design, construction, operation and maintenance of a 9.4 kilometer four-lane highway, located in the Norwegian county of Vestland. The project aims to improve travel between Bergen and the island of Sotra on the west coast. The construction includes the construction of two twin tunnels of 4.6 kilometers in length and a four-lane bridge of about 900 meters. The new road system will have a space dedicated to public transportation, as well as access for pedestrians and bicycles. In addition, the project includes the construction of three smaller bridges.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the supplier procurement process.
Assisting in purchasing goods, materials and services.
Assisting in analysing the different purchase criteria -price, quantity and delivery.
Providing updates to the team and internal requesters regarding critical dates.
Ensure site delivery requirements are met.
Produce price comparisons and update the procurement system.
Support the supplier procurement process.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders and deliveries are managed smoothly, on time and up to the agreed standards.
Resolving queries and discrepancies with key stakeholders e.g., accounts department, suppliers, internal requesters, etc.
Updating suppliers contacts and other relevant details.
Relevant candidates MUST have the following:

Experience with Microsoft applications, e.g., word, excel, etc.
