A great step for an ambitious Bachelor/Master graduate! What will you be doing? As a Customer Service Officer, you will be part of the Customer Service department and have a lot of responsibilities. You can think about the following tasks: - Central point of contact for Customers concerning questions about products and delivery times - Timely follow up and resolution of issues and inquiries. - Maintain the SLA’s - Proactive communication to Customers - Recognize sales opportunities and inform the Sales department - Order processing in SAP - Central point of contact for different departments concerning order management - Analyzing the process, identifying and suggesting opportunities for improvement and innovation Where will you end up? They are looking for a Bachelor or Master graduate in an analytical studies who will join the Customer Service department. There are two customer service teams, you will be part of the export team. In this position you will have a to deal with export documents, customs matters and laws and regulations. It is a complex position with many details. They are therefore looking for a goal-oriented person who is open to improvements and innovations. The organization is always looking for process improvements and automation, they also expect input from their employees. Therefore analytical thinking is a very important skill. What to expect? For this interesting job we are looking for candidates who will fit this profile: - Master degree in an analytical studies as Supply Chain Management/Marketing/ Business Administration (or similar) - Experience in Export and Customer Service is not a requirement but it is a big plus - Fluent in English - Additional fluent language skills are preferred - Ambitious, analytical, motivated and eager to learn - Good command in Dutch or willingness to learn - Lives near Waalwijk (max 40 km) Interested?
