Manpower is looking for a Maintenance Lead for our client in Bergen op Zoom.
As a Maintenance Lead, you act as the owner of the Breakdown Elimination, Maintenance Scheduling & Planning, and Defect Handling systems where you will be coaching shop-floor team to get the desired business results. You have thorough technical acumen and a strong problem-solving capacity. Collaboration between the production department and the supporting departments is important to fulfil the role successfully.
Furthermore, you will:
- Lead the planning and participate in the execution of regular maintenance activities
- Assess, prioritize, and manage work notifications and backlog work orders
- Ensure technical documentation for maintenance is available and up-to-date
- Develop technical skills: as a technical expert, ensure the execution of the training plan
- Ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies, tasks, and IMS
- Lead the change process of processes/products, including benchmarking and possible introduction to other departments
