Within this exciting company, Sales & Partnership Managers are responsible for successfully communicating the benefits and value of FansTXT to potential creators and sales partners who will be proactively sourced through different channels, as well as helping to sign up and onboard ;

You’re adept at understanding customer needs and working closely with them to understand their goals and opportunities for mutual ;Most importantly, you understand that customer success is essential to our long term profitability and that we will only achieve our goals when our customers and partners get great value from our ; Your Focus:As a Sales and Partnership Manager, we are looking for you to take control of the following tasks to ensure our future customers have a world-class experience:
  • Develop sales strategies while identifying relevant customer channels
  • Focus heavily on partnership opportunities and growth between NMSP and relevant organisations, agencies or teams
  • Supervise the building, management and qualifying of a prospect list within your geographical location
  • Conduct outbound sales calls/emails/messages based on prospect list
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline/funnel through follow up calls, emails and messages
  • Conduct digital and/or in-person demonstrations to show the value of products and services to prospective clients
  • Provide support for clients by learning about their needs - being a “voice of the customer”
  • Coordinate with the Product Owner and deliver feedback from customers to ensure that deliverables exceed client expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and customer success team to streamline sales strategies
  • Assist with efficient client on-boarding where appropriate
  • Manage any inbound enquiries via email, contact form and phone
  • Manage contacts through the use of a CRM
  • Deliver on agreed sales targets and KPIs

Ideally you will:
  • Have previous experience in sales and/or business development
  • Demonstrate an understanding of or previous experience working with the online creator environment (desirable)
  • Be extremely self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work autonomously when needed
  • Be a team player who can work well with colleagues and other departments to achieve results
NOTE : We are looking for two Sales & Partnerships Managers based in Amsterdam, one to focus on customers based in the Netherlands and one to focus on customers based in the United Kingdom. To apply for the UK-focused role, we will require you to speak English and ideally be familiar with key creators, popular online personalities and influencers from the United ;
