An Education Group based in West London is growing its IT team to manage the increasing volume of users, tickets, project work, and more!

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11)
* Office 365 administration - User account setups & support, licencing, on/off boarding
* User administration through Active Directory and Group Policy
* Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
* Manage and support mobile devices (e.g., tablets, laptops) within the organization.
* Deploy and manage applications using Intune/Endpoint Manager and SCCM
* Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and solutions.
* Document support activities, including resolutions and troubleshooting steps.
* Assist with basic network support tasks, including connectivity issues and network troubleshooting.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in desktop support or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Office 365 applications.
* Experience with hardware setups, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
* Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, for eg., Intune or AutoPilot
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar are a plus.
