Our client is looking for a technical customer support representative, who will ensure the customers (B2B) receive service above their expectations on technical matters. Client Details Our client is in the business of smart electrical charging solutions for vehicles. They offer a cloud-based charge point management system to enable smart charging. Their international business is expanding rapidly and new product solutions are developed and delivered continuously. Description Fully responsible of delivering first-line technical support for the cloud based platform; You will act as an expert on their systems, products and infrastructure in order to answer customer questions quickly and effectively; You collect feedback on bugs and improvements from customers and provide feedback to product- and development teams; You know when to assign a ticket to second-line support and align continuously with other departments; You will mange hardware ordering, software licensing for all other employees; You keep track of all customer contact moments. Profile You take pride in helping customers out when they are struggling with certain problems/dilemma's; You are service-oriented and you have eye for detail; You have technical insight to make the right judgment call; A bachelors degree; A background in customer service (3 years preferably), experience with SaaS is a plus; Affinity with electric vehicles or the energy sector; You easily learn on technical matters You speak fluent English and conversational Dutch .
