International Brand Manager

The brand manager plays a big role between strategy and in-market execution. The core account abilities are (1) developing and implementing the local brand plan based on regional Schweppes strategy (2) drive the brand activations in the market from a brand and a trade marketing perspective (3) be the brand custodian for the markets; demonstrate the ownership for the brand by monitoring, evaluating and correcting to achieve the agreed goals

Description

Your main focus will be:

Brand Management CE

Together with the Team you are accountable for the top- and bottom line results of the brand. The key role responsibilities are:

the marketing planning process for our Client in the Central Europe; from Review to Brand Plan and Annual plan

and input into the overall strategy with local consumer insights

the brand custodian - demonstrate brand ownership by maximizing the performance for the brand within the set local brand plan and Mid Term Plan;

new product launches

all the (communication) materials are in line with and finetuned for the local consumer needs - localisation of marketing assets (labels, packaging, POS, digital, ATL)

, evaluate, and analyze the performance of the brand and its activations, and apply the learnings subsequently. As well share learnings within the (regional) marketing community

budget monitoring and follow up

responsibility as project leader or project manager for one or more of the projects in Central Europe (Czech, Slovakia, Hungary)

Digital Project tasks

the acceleration of the digital transformation of the marketing strategies & Activations;

continuous learning; optimizing the activations & educating the marketing team

up to date on emerging tools and trends and recommend how these could be utilized to support overall goals and objectives;

cross- regional (digital) marketing projects, including content strategy and content creation for the local markets

Profile
  • You are immediately available
  • 5+ years' experience with brand management, campaign marketing within an FMCG environment
  • Result-oriented and analytical
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing, project management skills
  • Fluency in English (verbal oral and written) is a must-have;
  • You are currently located in the Amsterdam region
