On behalf of our customer, a multinational Japanese healthcare products manufacturer, we are looking for an Accounting and Admin Officer, Randstad(999)Fluency in Dutch and English Company information Our customer is a multinationalhealthcare products manufacturer. They are located near Amsterdam,withthe global HQ in Japan. Job description General Accounting tasks:
  • Posting and processing journal entries
  • Checking incoming invoice and creating payment batch
  • Issuing sales invoices
  • Updating financial data (EXACT) to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Preparing and submitting monthly reports
  • Preparing pay slip and tax application with support from external accountant
  • Processing and managing all relevant data and journal
  • Managing Journal entries, MRP, stock, work orders, purchase orders, sales orders, A/R, A/P, Invoice and payments
  • Closing the year and providing yearly report to management and HQ in Japan with assist of external accountant.
Administration tasks:
  • Purchasing support
  • Sales & logistics administrative support
  • Administration from receiving order to shipment
  • General affairs
Job requirements In order to qualify for this versatile and challenging position, required are at least the following criteria:
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, Japanese is an advantage
  • Excellent organizing abilities work to process given tasks and projects on time
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and play role in different administrative areas
  • Understandingof the Japanese business culture will be highly appreciated
