For our client we are now hiring a:

Proposition Marketeer - Technology (B2B/B2C)
  • Full time: 40 hours
  • Location: South Holland (currently home office)

Description

This role will require you to be an expert in in-depth customer journey understanding through collecting insights from your interviews and research with your end-customers. You will be the one "translating" the customer knowledge into insights and a strong business plan / business case. From the key insights you gather you will be actively evaluating the customer's needs and experiences and developing marketing propositions towards specific target group(s). For this role, both B2B and B2C marketing and proposition building experience will be of advantage.

You will be developing a strategy and propositions that will aim at long-term profitable growth for your organisation. In this role, you will work in a multi-disciplinary (digital) team and colleagues that specialise in various directions (product-related, marketing, sales, IT, design). You will be the driver of the Go-To-Market strategy, in order to bring the strongest product and services propositions to the market.

Your end goal is growth, development of the company's portfolio through providing the optimum customer journey for your clients.

Profile

To be successful in this role you have:
  • HBO/Bachelor degree in Marketing / Economics / Business
  • 5+ years of similar experience in one of the sectors: technology/energy/ telecom/insurance (B2C is preferred)
  • Specialism required: Marketing, customer journey, proposition development, pricing, campaign management, commercial approach.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is a must
  • Agile working experience is preferred
  • Strategic thinker that can act hands-on in a complex context and rapidly changing innovative field
  • You can be described with the words pragmatic, proactive and entrepreneurial
