Liberty Recruitment Group is absolutely delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client in their search for a Group Financial Accountant to join their organisation. This is a full-time, permanent position – office based in Portsmouth.
Our client is offering a salary of between £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience! There is also a number of fantastic company benefits, including; 22 days holiday + bank holidays, Private Healthcare, life insurance, pension and more!!
Reporting into a knowledgeable and fantastic Finance Director, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate month-end close for the business and line manage 1 Finance Assistant.
Some of your duties will include:
Prepare and submit group management accounts.
Forecast and cost analyse.
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Support with year-end audits.
VAT submissions.
Ad-hoc projects as required.
To be considered for this role it would be advantageous if you have had previous experience working within the financial services or similar industry. You must be AAT qualified or above, alongside having recent relevant working experience.
As an individual you will have;
Must have CIMA/ACMA qualification
The desire to go above and beyond, to do a fantastic job!
Good computer-based experience (including use of Microsoft Office programs).
An excellent communicator across all levels.
Be used to working at pace and highly organised.
