Then you are the Lithuanian customer operations specialist I am looking for! For one of our clients in Utrecht we are looking for a Lithuanian customer operations specialist for 40 hours per week. You will be responsible to achieve maximum refunds for our customers by processing their tax claims speedily and correctly. The company is one of the leading VAT refund service providers for the transport industry in Europe. Tasks and responsibilities Achieve maximum refunds for our customers by processing their tax claims speedily and correctly Deliver excellent service to both internal and external relations Stay up to date with relevant knowledge and skills in the Customer Operations area Work closely together on projects and support each other and other parts of the business in times of deadlines Actively contribute to the development of the department by providing constructive input Skills and education MBO/HBO education 1-2 years of experience in customer service Fluent in Lithuanian and English, Russian would be a plus Service minded and client focused Organised Excellent MS office skills Committed and flexible What we offer We help you develop your personal customer service skills A salary of 2250,- based on a fulltime 40 hour work week An enthusiastic and international team Flexible working hours Yes, I want this challenging job!
