We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to spearhead the optimization of our lead-to-sale conversion process. The Lead Business Analyst will be instrumental in enhancing patient acquisition strategies, streamlining sales processes, and investigating areas of attrition within the customer journey. The ideal candidate will possess a relentless curiosity, self-motivation, and a passion for efficiency and optimization, striving to ascend into a leadership role within the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the lead-to-sale waterfall, driving improved conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help convert data insights into business results.
Employ advanced analytical techniques, including Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling, to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics and visualize insights.
Investigate instances of customer attrition or drop-offs, proposing targeted strategies to mitigate and address these concerns.
Create compelling presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Serve as a mentor and coach to junior analysts, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2-4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles.
Proven expertise in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong command of data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, to present insights effectively.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation purposes.
Demonstrated ability to drive projects independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Visionary thinking and a strong desire to continuously learn and innovate.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
We have a hybrid workplace; the Lead Business Analyst will be expected to be in person at our Kirkland WA office at least 3 days a week.
COMPENSATION
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
