Due to continued success, this professional and well established company is wishing to recruit 2 enthusiastic and hard working individuals to join their team. The ideal candidates will be customer focused and will be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service experience.

This is a full time permanent opportunity working on a hybrid basis, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

Duties

* Accurately process all orders, queries and claims promptly, accurately and legibly in line with the Customer Service department service levels in order to facilitate payment.

* Escalate all issues which cannot be easily resolved to the Customer Services Lead Co-ordinator or Manager.

* Identify repetition of problems/issues and work to resolve.

* Providing excellent service and support, to agreed standards for our customers and taking ownership of all queries.

Skills and Experience

* Previous experience of working in a busy, high volume customer service department

* Excellent Excel skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word

* Preparing and manipulating spreadsheets and other forms of data
