Our client in sunny Lisbon is looking for a Dutch/German speaking Content Moderator for their new client. Their client is the leading destination for short-form mobile video and their mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. This is one of the most popular social media video app for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy and talent videos. Launched in 2017 a Chinese developer, the application (iOS and Android) allows users to create short music and lip-sync videos of 3 to 15 seconds and short looping videos of 3 to 60 seconds. The platform is currently available in over 150 markets across Asia, Europe and America, hitting one billion downloads globally. Please find below the main duties and requirements:
- Reviewing content (videos, image, text and audio) in accordance with the company’s processes and policies;
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals;
- Liaising with the company’s internal teams to ensure user and brand safety;
- Able to provide services on a 24/7 shift rotation;

- Fluency in written and spoken Dutch/German and English.
